This CreateDate offers a warm environment full of laughter, fun and letting go. Step away from the day to day and play!
Through a “level of life satisfaction” activity, you will identify an area of your life where you want to focus. Is it relationships, finances, work, home, something else? We will have a lively discussion utilizing “powerful questions” to investigate your intention/goal based on the activity. What areas of my life do I feel the greatest satisfaction, the least?
Create a cover for your Intention book! You will be encouraged to bring pictures, symbols, photos, metaphors, sayings, colors that inspire you. What does your goal look like?
Books and other supplies provided.
Research shows that writing down our goals increases the chances we will accomplish them. The Inside of the Intention book is used as way of supporting and documenting your movement as you navigate toward your goal. That documentation can be in the form of drawings/paintings, poems, a quote, a photo that inspires you and of course, writings. It is most beneficial if something is added most days to the book.
Webster’s II New College Dictionary describes intention as follows:
The state of mind operative at the time of an action. An aim that guides action.
A plan of action.
What is the aim that inspires your action?
Those attending this CreateDate may want to join my Intention Book Club and continue on with sharing their intention and progress on a regular basis.
